Smoked Butterscotch Blondies
Ingredients:
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Cream butter and smoked sugar (1 cup) together until light & fluffy.
- Add extracts to butter and sugar. Mix.
- Add beaten eggs and mix well.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mix gently by hand until dry ingredients are incorporated and no flour remains.
- Line pan with parchment paper. Pour mix into lined pan. Sprinkle remaining 2 tbsp of smoked sugar over top of mixture.
- Bake 30-35 minutes. Insert toothpick into middle of pan and remove pan when toothpick comes out clean. Middle may be a little jiggly, that's okay as it will firm up as it cools.
- Cool blondies completely, then cut into squares.
