Pink Reunion Island peppercorns are technically not true peppercorns ‚ they're the dried berries of a South American tree, which explains their unusually delicate, fruity sweetness and light, floral warmth. Beautiful in a mixed peppercorn blend, and outstanding as a finishing pepper on fish, salads, and desserts where a gentle, ornamental spice is called for. More nuance than heat, more elegance than fire.
